Usage tips
Open the packaging at room temperature approximately 20 minutes before consumption
Take a smooth-edged knife and place the skin-on fillet on a non-slip surface, then begin slicing thin vertical slices from top to bottom, starting at the tail end.
Can be refrigerated wrapped in cling film
