We select our trout in France at the Petit fish farm for this choice.
Which guarantee a healthy diet without the addition of preservatives or additives.
Preparation methods
Following our process developed over several years, the fillets are carefully selected, then salted with sea salt. Then comes a slow cold smoking, smoked with beech wood.
- When cold, the smoker has a temperature of around 25 degrees, the flesh will remain tender and creamy, like smoked salmon.
Taste and texture
Its firm, salmon-pink flesh is distinguished by its delicate taste in the mouth.
Fishing method and origin
Fresh trout (FRANCE), hand-cured with sea salt, smoked over beech wood. 100% natural!
