  • Optimal Drying: Slow drying in a cold room, after smoking, ensures ideal preservation and refines its aromas.

  • Expert Slicing: Meticulous machine slicing guarantees thin and even slices for our different formats (100g, 200g, 500g, 1000g).

Tasting Tips for a Perfect Experience:

  • Storage: Each salmon is packaged on the day of your order, guaranteeing 21 days of freshness in the refrigerator (between 2° and 6°C max). Once opened, it can be kept for 3 days wrapped in cling film.

  • Preparation: To reveal all its subtleties, let the salmon reach room temperature (about 20 minutes) before eating it.

  • Ideal pairing: Enhance it with a dry white wine or Champagne for a perfect harmony of flavors.
